Day 7th             Thame -   Lungden
Day 8th             Lunden   -  Gokyo via Renzo pass
Day 9th             Gokyo    -  Gokyo Ri   -  Tagna
Day 10th           Tagna  -  Zhongla via Cho- la pass
Day 11th           Zhongla    -   Labuche
Day 12th           Labuche -   Gorakshep   - Kalapathar  - Labuche 
Day 13th           Labuche   -   Pangbuche
